Lorica helps organizations leverage their data
safely.
securely.
to its full potential.

Our Story
It all started when Engineering PhD student Alhassan Kheder’s doctoral research discovered a breakthrough for fully homomorphic encryption—acceleration of advanced data encryption speeds by 7 orders of magnitude over the U.S. government’s baseline implementations. Seeing the great potential, Kheder and his supervisor at the University of Toronto, Glenn Gulak, set out to bring this game-changing cybersecurity solution to market to the benefit of organizations and entire industries.
Today, Lorica’s team of experts are taking Kheder’s work to the next level, evolving and innovating a world-class patent portfolio that discreetly delivers cyber security and data solutions to a roster of clients including government agencies and Fortune 500 companies across North America. Every day, Lorica helps protect the world’s most sensitive data and valuable digital assets from increasingly frequent data exposure events caused by malicious actors, insider threats or simple human error.
LORICA HELPS PROTECT THE WORLD’S MOST SENSITIVE DATA AND VALUABLE DIGITAL ASSETS
We are proud of our strong client partnerships and the data protected to date. While we remain focused on research and innovation to help enhance and future-proof our existing solutions—we aren’t stopping there. The Lorica team is also working tirelessly to develop additional products and solutions so more opportunities are available for organizations to safely leverage the full potential of their data, at the scale and speed they need.
